Dallas, TX- Invera is excited to announce the release of inTOUCH, the new mobile-friendly customer portal communication platform to replace CNET.
Through inTOUCH, you will be able to:
- Access eCIM for the initiation and management of your support calls.
- View release notices, training material, and documentation.
- Enter the INVEX Education portal for training videos and materials.
- Manage your team members’ access to inTOUCH through the Team Management tool when logged in as an Administrator.
Access and logins to CNET will continue to run concurrently with inTOUCH during the transition period. Note that a two-factor authenticator to validate a TOTP (time-based one-time password) is required to log into inTOUCH.
FIRST-TIME LOGIN SCENARIOS
- Existing CNET users can use their username and password to start the sign-up process with those credentials (CNET usernames will be converted to your entered email address for subsequent use).
- New users can log an eCIM call through CNET with a Problem Type of “Technology/Hardware” and indicate the request.

COMPANY ADMINISTRATOR
A company administrator can invite new users by sending an invitation through the Team Management section of inTOUCH. To invite someone, the admin must enter the user’s email in the invitation window. When the user receives the invitation, they can use the provided link and will be prompted to complete the rest of the signup process. To be designated as a company administrator, please log an eCIM call through CNET with a Problem Type of “Technology/Hardware” and indicate the request.
SUBSEQUENT LOGIN
Please sign in using the email address and password that you provided during the first-time login process.
