AVAILABLE OPPORTUNITIES
Install, configure, and update various network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls. Routinely analyze network speed and performance. Use security tools to protect the network from hackers, malware, and other threats.
Review and understand software requirements. Assist in the preparation of data structures for software projects. Participate in performing impact analysis for implementing new functions or modifications to existing functions. Prepare programming specs and test cases. This role may include supervision of resources for design/programming activities and follow-up on efforts.
Review software requirements and specifications. Assist manager or senior developer in the preparation of software architecture. Software maintenance, development, documentation and troubleshooting. Provide technical assistance and advice to Customer Services as required. Follow company and development policies and processes.
Handle initial requests and troubleshoot technical issues for end users. Respond to service tickets and resolve desktop technical issues related to Microsoft core applications, business software, operating systems (both Windows and LINUX), mobile devices and other computer hardware. Install and deploy PCs and servers based on either Windows or Linux operating systems.
