General/Multi-Line STRATIX offers a highly effective order processing system with metal and saw pricing price books. It allows quotes/orders to be taken quickly, fulfilled, and shipped in a very short time frame.  In addition, the Transport Planning function is highly effective, as it allows many orders to be scheduled quickly for next day delivery with over seven or eight stops, on a single truck.
Energy & Pipe/Tube STRATIX has many features for the distribution and processing of pipe/tube products for Energy/OCTG. These features are used to track specific material quality and match inventory to customer requirements. STRATIX includes a multi-step production system to facilitate processing material through internal and external processes. STRATIX/TUBE allows for the real-time computerization of all sales and operational aspects of Welded Pipe and Tube Mills.
Plate Specific quoting functions help sales staff calculate the cost of plate cutting, grinding, and drilling. Standard shapes such as rings, circles, and ring sections are included, as well as irregular shapes and plate rolling. For inventory control, STRATIX includes a plate diagram function that allows sales and production planning staff to view the shape of the plate. Also important for plate processors is the integration with plate nesting software such as SigmaNEST.
Bar Products STRATIX has many features that are specific to the distribution and processing of metal products carried by bar service centers. In some cases, these companies also carry coil products and either level these internally, or externally at an outside processor.
Flat-rolled & Toll Specialized production planning and recording features make material processing faster and more accurate. The Slitting Layout function includes arbor layout, number of OD breaks and break points, a slit and re-slit function, as well as whether the coil should be run full or partial. The extensive use of barcoding for production recording and shipping makes staff more productive and eliminates errors.  STRATIX also has several additional features specialized for products that are toll-processed (customer-owned).
Specialty Metals For companies that sell into high spec industries such as aerospace, military, medical, energy, and select automotive, STRATIX has features that identify and track the various specs that a material meets (ASTM, ASM, SAE, EN, MIL, etc.) so that it can match customer requirements with the correct material.
Building Products For companies that supply panels and accessories to the metal roof and building industry, special order entry functions quickly capture specific attributes required for labeling and packaging material, as well as special production functions to produce profiled and composite panels.
